Are you planning to make changes to your property?

The HOA covenants require prior written approval by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for any exterior alteration and any alteration to / improvements on the lot. Common projects that the ARC reviews include expansions, exterior painting, roofing, siding, fences, garage and garage door updates, as well as landscaping changes.
