Cherry Creek Village North consists of 190 single-family homes in Greenwood Village.  Conveniently located near the Denver Tech Center, it is part of the Cherry Creek School District and right next door to the Cherry Creek State Park.  It is a community of diverse, friendly individuals and families that love their neighborhood!

Dues

Mandatory dues of $125 per year pay for neighborhood social events and general maintenance & administrative expenses.  Dues must be paid annually by the 15th of February.  A $20 late fee is charged if dues are not paid by the deadline.

Additional Information

§7.3.5(3) Audits
The Cherry Creek Village North HOA does not conduct formal audits; its financials are reviewed monthly by the HOA Board at its regular meetings.

§7.3.5(5) and (6) Working Capital and Reserve Study Funds
The funds from annual dues are distributed to both operating and reserve accounts. The CCVN HOA does not maintain a working capital account. 

§7.3.6. Notice Regarding construction defect actions & state of common elements
The CCVN HOA does not get involved with any residential property construction defect issues.  Currently, there are no known defects with the common elements in Cherry Creek Village North.
