Homeowners' Association Information
The HOA Board of Directors is made up of Cherry Creek Village North homeowners who volunteer their time to keep the HOA running smoothly and the neighborhood engaged in various ways. HOA meetings take place at 7:00pm on the first Tuesday of each month. If you would like to learn more about upcoming HOA meetings, please email email [email protected].
2023 Annual Meeting of the Homeowners' Association
The CCVN HOA held its 2023 annual meeting at Hope United Methodist Church on December 6th 2023. Speakers included Mayor George Lantz, Police Commander Joe Bradley and City Council Members Judith Hilton and Tom Stahl, in addition to members of the HOA Board of Directors.
